Terms of Service

Effective date: July 6, 2026. TrustCare is a service of Kadmon Group LLC ("TrustCare," "we," "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What TrustCare is, and what it is not

TrustCare is an advertising and information platform. We list home health and hospice providers, publish objective information about them, and let you choose which providers may contact you.

TrustCare is not a medical provider, a referral service, or a care-placement agency. We do not recommend, endorse, or select providers for you, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Decisions about care belong to you, your family, and the professionals you choose. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrustCare.

3. How requests work

When you send a request, you select the specific providers you want to hear from and consent to being contacted by them as described at the time you submit. Providers are independent businesses. TrustCare is not a party to any conversation, agreement, or care arrangement between you and any provider, we do not handle payment for care, and we are not responsible for the care any provider delivers. You are never obligated to choose any provider.

4. Provider information, badges, and placement

5. Reviews and third-party content

Ratings and review counts shown on TrustCare are sourced from third-party platforms and presented with links to the source. TrustCare does not verify, edit, or endorse reviews, and review content reflects the views of its authors only.

6. Leaving TrustCare

Links to provider websites and other third-party sites take you off TrustCare. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and where the operator is a medical provider, its own obligations under health privacy laws. We show a notice when you leave so the boundary is clear.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false requests or impersonate others, not to scrape, harvest, or republish the directory or its data, not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Text messages

Text message terms, including STOP and HELP instructions, are described in our Privacy Policy and in the consent language shown when you submit a request.

9. Intellectual property

The TrustCare name, logo, site design, verification methodology descriptions, and site content are owned by Kadmon Group LLC or its licensors. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we make no warranty about the quality, availability, safety, or outcomes of any provider or any care.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadmon Group LLC and TrustCare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of any provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kadmon Group LLC and TrustCare from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Providers

Providers' participation on TrustCare, including verification and Featured placement, is governed by separate written agreements between the provider and the applicable Kadmon Group company. Nothing in these Terms or on this site creates a referral relationship, an agency relationship, or any obligation for TrustCare to direct any person to any provider.

14. Termination and changes

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms and may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
